  • Persistence – ones who take the first step end up quitting and believing this might not be what they intent for. This occurs due to a lack of discipline. Developing persistence helps at every step of life.
  • Self-Motivation – is a step before discipline comes in. Motivating yourself is the initial spark that makes you start something new. Great changes occur when you learn to motivate yourself.
